This Privacy Policy explains how the Progress With Me app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. We built this app to support your wellbeing, and we take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address and password you provide when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form — we never store or see your actual password.
• Your content: the quotes you save as favorites, your daily streak, your private journal entries, any mood check-ins you record, the personal affirmations you create, and the personal goals and intentions you set.
• Community content: if you use the Community features, we store the reflections, discussions, comments, and replies you post, along with your public profile (display name, optional bio, and an optional profile photo you choose to upload), and who you follow.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To save and sync your favorites, streak, journal, mood, affirmations, and goals across your devices.
• To power the social and community features you choose to use, such as showing your reflections to other members based on the visibility you select.
• To send the daily reminder notifications you opt in to (you can turn these off at any time in the app).

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Content you choose to share in the Community (for example, a reflection set to "public" or a discussion post) is visible to other users according to the visibility setting you choose. Your journal entries and mood check-ins are private and are never shared unless you explicitly choose to share a journal entry to the Community.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure database. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can edit or delete your favorites, journal entries, and community posts at any time within the app.
• You can turn daily reminder notifications on or off in Settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. When an account is deleted, your associated favorites, streaks, journal entries, and community content are removed.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
